Returns

As our products are handmade, we do not accept returns for reasons such as:

• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Wrong product selected by the customer
• Minor variations in color, design, or finish, as handmade products may have slight differences.

Exchange Policy

We offer an exchange only if:

• You receive a damaged product.
• You receive the wrong product.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

• Your Order Number
• Clear photos and an unboxing video of the product
• A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

Conditions for Exchange

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Exchange requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for exchange.

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only if:

• The ordered product is unavailable and cannot be replaced.
• An exchange is not possible after verification of a valid claim.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
